Analog PH Sensor

(Total 14 Products)

The Ph Sensor is an important part of the Ph Orp Analyzer. The Analog PH Sensor usually does not have any signal output, and a transmitter is required to convert the chemical signal into an electrical signal. Daruifuno's pH electrodes are online composite electrodes, which are composite electrodes combined with a glass indicator electrode and a reference electrode. The measurement principle of pH is based on the potential difference measured in the solution by the working battery composed of the measuring electrode and the reference electrode, and the online monitoring of pH is realized by using the linear relationship between the pH value of the solution to be measured and the potential of the working battery .
Daruifuno's Analog Ph Sensor come in a variety of styles, including ASP120 series glass electrodes, which are suitable for various special industrial environments. They are often resistant to high temperatures and strong acids and alkalis, and are used in fermentation, pure water, and chemical industries. There are also pH probes packaged in plastic cases used in surface water monitoring, sewage plants, water plants, aquaculture and other industries. Of course, we also have low-cost pH electrodes for use in laboratories or agricultural irrigation and hydroponic industries.

Our pH electrodes have built-in temperature cells, fast response, large reference and long life.

The life of the analog pH sensor is generally 3 to 24 months, which should be determined according to the specific application environment and maintenance frequency. For special high temperature and high pressure, strong acid and alkali or chemical industry, the life of the electrode cannot be guaranteed. However, we will continue to improve our products according to customer needs and actual usage conditions, so as to make pH sensors more competitive and gain the trust of customers.

Analog PH Sensor
An analog pH sensor is a type of sensor that measures the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. It works by converting the pH value of a solution into a voltage signal that can be read by a microcontroller or other electronic device. The sensor consists of a glass electrode that is sensitive to changes in pH and a reference electrode that provides a stable reference voltage. The voltage difference between the two electrodes is proportional to the pH value of the solution being measured. Analog pH sensors are commonly used in industrial processes, water treatment, and scientific research. They are often paired with a pH meter or other electronic device to provide accurate and reliable pH measurements.
